Insulated Glass

Insulated glass(hollow glass) is a prefabricated unit made of two or more glass panes, which have been separated by an air gap and edge sealed together. This edge seal not only binds the individual sheets of glass together to maintain the mechanical strength of the joint but also protects the space between the glass from outside influences. it is a new type of building material with good heat insulation, sound insulation, beautiful appearance and low weight.

Low-E glass is combined with Low-E glass substrate to achieve a better solar performance. And it is energy conservation insulated glass composed off-line or on-line sunshine coated glass orlow-e glass, which can well adapt to world fashion of energy conservation ,environment protection ,comfort and beauty, which greatly improve energy conservation level of whole building and which supply people with more comfortable and gentle residential environment.

Low-e Insulated Glass is made by 2pcs or more float glasses which filled with desiccant of Argon gas with Aluminum frame.Primary seal between glass and Aliminum frame, secondary seal (polysulfide or structure). the insulated glass will be effectively protect radiation when coated Low-E film.
