SMART PDLC FILM

Smart PDLC Film is a new type of electronic light control products, A mixture of PDLC(polymer dispersed liquid crystals) is sandwiched between the two ITO conductive membranes, which are reticulated and filled with liquid crystal droplets made up of liquid crystals in the voids. The liquid crystal molecules in each liquid crystal droplet are arranged consistently to form a single-axis liquid crystal body, but the optical axes of different liquid crystal droplets are arranged in disarray. ITO Conductive film is a flake surface coated with ITO conductive layer of polyester film, has a conductive effect. when the liquid crystal molecules are energized, the liquid crystal molecules tend to be in the same direction, and the light can pass through, showing a transparent state, being in a disordered state when the power is off, and being frosted white; we can offer two types pdlc film, non-adhesive smart pdlc film and self-adhesive smart pdlc film.

Non-adhesive PDLC Film

Non-adhesive PDLC film is a new type of electronic light control product, it is designed to sandwich laminating between glass in order to make smart glass product, it’s EVA film lamination process. which is the core material for making switchable glass, through the action of the electric field, it is possible to achieve a rapid transition from on to off, from off to on.
